Crew Club

Crew Club

The Crew Club, a gay bathhouse "24/7 fitness and lounge facility" opened in 1995, located at 1321 14th Street NW in the Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The building was erected (*drum roll*) around 1910 and is designated a contributing property to the Greater Fourteenth Street Historic District. Former tenants include United Motor Washington Co. (Maxwell automobile dealership), H.B. Leary, Jr. (Maxwell automobile dealership), United World Federalists, the Group Health Association of America, and the American National Standards Institute. Leave it to me to add historical background to a gay bathhouse facility.
